NU Moves Physio is located on the second level within The Forum Sports and Aquatic Centre at the University of Newcastle, Callaghan campus. We have access to the best facilities in the Newcastle and Hunter region so you can get more from your physio and we can see exactly what exercise you need to get active again. We can tailor your training routine to help you perform at your best.
The Forum provides facilities such as:
- A 50m heated pool – for shallow water and deep water exercise rehabilitation
- Gym equipment – for gym based program advice and setup
- Indoor courts – for court based movement analysis and straight line & change of direction rehab
- Outdoor courts and ovals – for grass based straight line & change direction running rehab
- Fitness classes – we encourage integration of rehab into NU Sports water, gym and court fitness classes
- Creche – for NU Sport members
- The Juice Dr cafe
